The Dritta variety is a prized olive variety, known for producing oils with a distinctive and well-balanced flavor. Native to Abruzzo in the Vestina area, the Dritta is characterized by its resistance and adaptability to various types of soil. Dritta olives are appreciated for their high polyphenol content, which gives the oil a fruity and slightly spicy note, making it ideal for enhancing delicate dishes and refined cuisine.
